Pricing
All amounts are in Japanese yen (JPY), tax included.
What you pay
Your total is the sum of the following three items (all tax included).
Total = item price + service fee + domestic shipping & handling
1. Item price
The price at the store. We show the price at the time of your quote.
2. Service fee
Service fee = item price × 10% + ¥1,000
(fractions of a yen are rounded down)
Note on low-priced items Because the service fee includes a fixed ¥1,000, the lower the item price, the larger the share of the fee. For example, the service fee on a ¥500 item is ¥1,050. Please keep this in mind when ordering inexpensive items.
3. Domestic shipping & handling
A fee for receiving the item from the store and handling it at our location. It is set by the table below, not by actual cost.

If the shipping category cannot be determined automatically, we use the standard fee (¥800) provisionally and our staff will review it.
About the card hold (authorization)
When you order, we place a hold on your card for 110% of the total, not the total itself.
Card hold amount = total × 1.10
(rounded up to the nearest yen)
- This margin covers price changes between your order and our purchase.
- Once we actually confirm the purchase, we charge only the actual amount (you are not charged the margin).
- If we cannot purchase the item, we release the card hold.
Price range we handle
- We handle items priced from ¥10 to ¥100,000 each.
- We cannot accept items outside this range.

Payment
- Credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (payment processor: Stripe).
- We place a card hold when you order and charge the actual amount when we confirm the purchase.
